  1. Great information, thank you. How about staying in Biarritz – France. No need to rave about our beaches and surf, even golf – anything you wish. Super fast WiFi, great food, excellent medicare, and welcoming French people. I have a great place for rent, drop me a note if interested.

  2. Thank you for the great video which is helping me plan. Also great to see a seemingly happy young man experiencing the world and living the dream. Best wishes. I hope your prosperity is equal to the positivity you are putting out.

  3. Hello everyone!

I am a canadian citizen living in Canada. I am currently applying for remote jobs from USA companies. During the application online the question: "Will you now or in the future require sponsorship to work in the U.S.? " often comes up.

Being that the job is 100% remote do I require sponsorship or a visa to work for these companies from Canada? From my understanding if I'm not physically working in the USA I should answer NO.

Can anyone advise on this please. Thanks!

  4. I really appreciate that you share both the good and the bad. And instead of saying just cheap or afforable you give budget range. It really helps people to visualize what it would be like to live there. Thank you! I am also starting my YouTube journey recently and this has been one of the reasons why. People just can't find good information anymore.

  5. Have you ever read about AirB&B's reputation? Of course they don't write much about it here! AirB&B has a reputation of 1.3/5 in the Netherlands and Belgium. Tell me more….

  6. Cool video but your pricing for Canggu is off, I would say more like $1500 if you want a decent lifestyle there (although sure if you live in hostels and eat Nask Campur and rice each meal maybe you can get close to $500).

  7. Bro I have no idea how you survive on these budgets. I've been to all of those places and I spend 2-3x the money. Also, in Koh Phangan I couldn't find any place for less than 50 USD night and I stayed there 4 months. Those places were really basic.

  8. Kuala Lumpur is crazy. I was living with 450$ a month (250 for rent, 200 for food, transportation and hang out). I was living in 136m² condo with 50m long swimming pool in front of the Sentral Station of KL.

  9. Sooo…this is the best concept (by far) I have ever seen on youtube! Showing places including budgets and bottom prices.

I really don't like the vids of the US guys as the country is too expensive in terms of rents and eating out.

I love that this guy see the prices like 1-2usd and 6-7usd. So it gives me the real idea about pricing in those beautiful places. ❤️

  10. hi. great vids, J. Love them .
Just wondering; retired couple going to SE Asia for 4 to 5 months in 2025 … we are coming from Canada and were going to start in Bali and work our way west and then north through Singapore, KL, up into Thailand and then onto VietNam. Then we read a few reviews about the rainy season in Bali and are afraid we might have bad luck and be rained out for the 2 weeks we were going to stay there. Any opinions on how rainy it usually is in Bali for the first half of January? we don't mind a couple of hours per day but the week long rains that the reviewers I mentioned experienced has us thinking of flying into Bangkok instead . Thx for your reply.

  11. Thanks for a deeply thought-out video. Seeing this as an Indonesian brings a lot of dilemmas. I just came back from Bali last month and even without visiting Canggu the traffic was bad enough around the city areas. A big issue that's going on around Indonesians is that the locals depend on tourism but these past few years I think tourists' respect towards locals (anywhere in the world, not just Bali) has gone down when they're on vacation, acting like if you got money you can do anything. Digital nomads are different, you guys live and breathe where you stay but man, tourists. Especially around beach areas anywhere in third-world countries, unbelievable. Not to say I had any problem with tourists when I was there though (foreign tourists I met were mostly nice and polite). That being said, other than outlier tourist behaviors, Balinese are getting worried about foreign investments stomping on locals and the "hub for digital workers" concept feeds into this and there doesn't seem to be any solution yet to the living cost and property prices going up. Any takes on this?

  12. hey man new subscriber here. would u mind if i ask what do you do for online work and travel? i kinda find hard to find how to make enough money to stay in asia lets say at least 1k per month .. if you could share some ideas i would be more than happy, and good karma for you! we want to escape Europe

  13. Just discovered your channel today. Amazing videos man – super informative, professional and entertaining. Keep going, you're absolutely smashing it in life!!

  14. If you want to instantly lose all credibility, refer to yourself as a digital nomad. That term was created to scam people. Most DNs make fake videos telling you how "great" every S-hole is and try to convince you to travel while offering to sell you their ebooks and courses on how to become a DN. It's a huge pyramid scheme and scam.
