Spirit it's only cheap if you are only traveling with a backpack and nothing else and could careless about where you seat otherwise you’ll be better off with any other airline specially taking in consideration their terrible service 😅

Of late Luftansa has degenerated into the WORST AIRLINES IN THE WORLD with very poor management, horrible customer service and perhaps the worst airline punctuality. I used to fly Luftansa before but have vowed never again to fly them after the miserable experience not once nor twice but many a times. Till you reach your destination you are like in a war zone with neither the staff, at the airport, helpful, nor their transit visa requirements standard nor their help to stranded passengers anywhere near desirable. I will give it 0 out of 10 rating. I really wonder how they can be so bad!!! Even their local bus service is better managed than Luftansa. Shame on them.
