Hotel Tonight CEO on last-minute lodging
Half of all hotel bookings in the U.S. are made three days or less before arrival. The app Hotel Tonight helps last-minute travelers find deals on rooms. Last year, the company earned $300 million in gross booking volume. Hotel Tonight co-founder and CEO Sam Shank joins “CBS This Morning” to discuss the app.
Delivered by Charlie Rose, Norah O’Donnell and Gayle King, “CBS This Morning” offers a thoughtful, substantive and insightful source of news and information to a daily audience of 3 million viewers. The Emmy Award-winning broadcast presents a mix of daily news, coverage of developing stories of national and global significance, and interviews with leading figures in politics, business and entertainment. I hate dealing with Hotel Tonight reservations. They’re the only 3rd party vendor that doesn’t have access to hotel reservation systems. I tell people all the time, call me before you book a reservation through them – and I’ll gladly price match it. If I still have to go in and manually create a reservation, why should you get a commission? And people booking through Hotel Tonight tend to be sketchy, to say the least.
Hotel Tonight encourages all sorts of sexual deviancy: threesoms, miscegenation & homosexuality. I’d sleep in my car before using them.
Wow, this is cool. I love HotelTonight!!
