I Stayed In London's CHEAPEST Hotel

Tonight I’m taking budgeting one step further and staying in London’s CHEAPEST Hotel.

Is it nice? Is it awful? What does little money get you last minute in London?

  1. £50 for a hotel in central? I’d be expecting a cupboard under the stairs for that price! Or a cardboard box in a garden! That’s dirt cheap. And the fact they provide breakfast for the price too! Yes it wasn’t the cleanest but…. You get what you pay for. I’m like you – if I ever book a hotel it’s not for a luxury stay. I’m there to sight see or I may be going to a gig etc. I just need a place to put my head down for 6 hours. So I hate paying £££ for hotels. I may have to try and find this place out for next time I’m in London!

  2. Not to bad of a room you at least knew what to expect other people expect the Ritz or Hilton but it's £50 probably about the Price of a Premier Inn in a town that isn't near London so say Idk my nearest town Walsall that is just of J10 of the M6 and actually in Bentley but not far. £50 in London is dirt cheap, Maybe even for Birmingham or Manchester that could be considered Cheap.

  3. I would probably leave the breakfast and opt for Travelodge because if you research around London, might be a little further out but you can find them for £54 per night. The breakfast is probably the deal-breaker if you aren't bothered by aesthetics though. Good and interesting review though, I love your style of content!

  4. You had a different purpose for being at a hotel than a tourist; you had work. But this works for a tourist who really just wants the basics because let's face it they will be out of the room 75% of the time. You just want clean bed, clean bathroom that functions and a satisfactory breakfast. If staying there gets you an extra day of museums, a west end theater or shopping because you split the cost of a £100 in half then it was well worth it. I wouldn't mind seeing another of these on the same theme. Well done!

  5. A cold shower is the worst you get… TBH I only hit anything but a cold shower in the darkest of winter mornings! Definitely not bad for £50 – I had one in Camden without breakfast for the same price a few years ago, and doesn't sound as good as yours!

  6. A non pretentious review which is extremely nice to see. I think there are too many people especially travel reviewers which complain about stupid trivial things, like a mark and there reaction is like there was a massive hole in the floor and walls lol. Nothing is perfect and i do think can they enjoy anything?.
