Resorts World is a budget hotel? In what universe?
My favorite budget friendly hotels is 1) Palms Sky Villas for mere cost of only 60k a night you can have an entire pool to yourself overlooking the Vegas strip. 2) Cosmopolitan penthouses very budget friendly on the top floor of the casinos with views of the Bellagio fountains. 3) Wynn/Encore fairway villas / 3 bedroom apartments.. you can feel like a millionaire on a budget with your own private pool overlooking the golf course and your own private elevator inside the suite. Buahahahahha
Sahara casino has a dueling Piano bar Fridays and Saturdays a lot of fun
Circa is NOT a cheap hotel. IT's as expensive as any on the strip and is on Freemont. It's a gorgeous resort, but not a budget stay.
I notice you didn't mention the budget friendly prices.

Sorry, but I'll always consider Mandalay Bay one of the best value properties in Vegas. It isn't always the cheapest, but you can constantly catch good deals there and it has everything you want, and within a short walk to the heart of the strip.
Beware of Resorts World, they’ll charge you $70 DOLLARS just for staying 30min over checkout at 11am. Speaking from experience..
No such thing as a budget hotel in vegas, you still have to eat or drink to survive, and I shouldn’t have to tell you how expensive it is, most of the newer casinos is nothing special, there is no nostalgia, it lack character or soul,overdressed food court that charge you $25.00 for microwave foods, $8.00 for a bottle of 12 oz water, the list goes on and on, there’s no more value or fun there anymore , why do you want to be rip off by the greedy casino owner, if you want to gamble and have fun, just go to your local casino, they offer the same amenities and activities.

And they also don't pay any big wins at Baccarat. Just hold your money and force you to sue. Awesome amenity….
Sahara is more budget friendly than RW or Circa. And yes free parking and free water in the rooms❤
