  2. What's with the videos?? No more coming anytime soon? I've just discovered this channel and it was an instant sub, thanks for sharing so many good tips. I feel like a travel newbie next to you

  3. Many people don't like to book the earliest flight I can get on because it almost always runs on time, the airport isn't crazy busy, security is fairly quick, and prices are less expensive. Oh, and turbulance isn't as great an issue very early in the morning. Prices are less expensive too because most people don't want to fly at 5 or 6 am. But I do!!!

  4. I used to spend hours searching for cheap flights like Google Flights, Skyscanner, incognito mode, VPN hacks… you name it. But honestly, none of that compares to what I found inside The Unspoken Formulas of Cost-Effective Travel by Triplyte Insider.

  5. I work for an airline for 38 years. That whole carbon emissions option is complete nonsense. Thereโ€™s no saving with emissions to tell a bunch of lies to steer you to flights they need booked.

  6. how do you make money? Besides selling your soul to Youtube and Unbound Merino, how do you afford to fly all over the world? I smell a useless socialist that makes way to much money for what she does! A Liberal democrat supporter!

  7. this is farken gold. well done putting all this together.

you could make a small fortune as a travel consultant for businesses.
i worked offshore for years and we had a flight allowance to spend how we wanted each year BUT they tried force us to use the company travel agent. i used to always find flights 20-30% cheaper but the company tried to stop me booking them and claiming on expenses. So I showed a few of the other lads how much we were being ripped off and eventually enough of us kicked up a stink that they changed policy and let us make our own arrangements.
I know I could save the entire company hundreds of thousands each year on their travel costs, but they prefer to pay some lazy slob that appears to be getting kickbacks for the same poor bookings each time.

  8. I thought she was gonna show some trick on Google Flight so l would get a cheaper ticket. No useful information, the skyscraper is much better for the cheaper ticket, she wasted my time!

  9. I donโ€™t use Google flights. I donโ€™t like the way itโ€™s set up. I use another site thatโ€™s similar, but itโ€™s got better features and it has an app. Skyscanner. Especially if youโ€™re traveling overseas, you can put in your destination and what country youโ€™re leaving from. Letโ€™s say you wanna go to Japan from the US you can put in United States as an origin and Japan as a destination and it will give you flights from all the states in the US so you can see if another state might have a cheaper flight then you can take a one-way to that state. I do like the switching the currency and location tip. I didnโ€™t realize that sites will do that to you so that was a good tip. Also at Skyscanner, you can put anytime in the dates and it will give you prices within those months so like itโ€™ll give you prices with in April Iโ€™ll give you prices within May. I just find itโ€™s more convenient than Google flights but good tips nonetheless.

  10. I love Merino Wool, but it is still too expensive. I have TONS of Ibex, SmartWool, DarnTough and other brands. They are just so expensive and are not really that durable. You can wear holes in them pretty fast.
